Claim damage

Did you book with one of the affiliated ship shipowners? Then, in case of financial insolvency of one of these participants, your travel sum is insured without any additional costs.

Through the claim form for you can claim your damage when:

  1. your shipowner is experiencing financial insolvency and
  2. you have already paid (part) of the travel sum

As soon as we have received your damage claim, we will contact you. 
We will assess whether your claim meets the terms of the guarantee scheme. 
The response time depends on the number of relevant trips. Of course, we will try and handle your claim as soon as possible.
